In the spring of 2024, I had the opportunity to design a shirt for one of my favorite bars, TrashHawk Tavern. This great local’s dive bar is located on South Broadway, in Denver, has proudly embraced a raccoon as their unofficial mascot for years. One night, while waiting for a friend in the back, I sketched a rough design and casually sent it to their Instagram account as a pitch. They loved the concept, and after a few revisions, we finalized the design you see below.
